Development of the site is designed to include an additional twenty to thirty office/retail properties as well as a research and manufacturing facility.

The campus is in close proximity to the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering, and GE Global Research.

This 42,000 2-story building located in the Patroon Creek office park was constructed with steel reinforced concrete foundation systems, a structural steel frame and brick veneer; it is wired with fiber optic technology, and is approved for office, medical and technology office space. Tenants include RBC Wealth Management, RBC Capital Markets, 260 Structural Engineering, and The Plastic Surgery Group.
The Patroon Creek Corporate Center is one of the most successful commercial office, mixed-use complexes in the region. The 260,000 square foot compound offers a wealth of first-class amenities in a beautifully landscaped campus setting.
