6 Wellness Way Medical Office Facility is a state-of-the-art, 262,000 square foot, three (3) story healthcare facility located at 6 Wellness Way, Latham, New York. The primary tenant is Community Care Physicians, P.C. (CCP), the largest independent multispecialty medical group in the Capital Region.

The health park was developed by Columbia Development, built by BBL Medical Facilities, and designed by HCP Architects. The project took approximately 18 – 20 months to build and opened to the public February 2024.

The first floor of the facility includes a Quad A suite, surgical clinical services, radiation services, laboratory, and full medical imaging capabilities, including MRI, CT, Mammography, x-rays and ultrasound.  The second floor includes several specialty physician offices, a pharmacy and cafe. The third floor includes administrative space, a data center, education and training, and employee café and game room.  Providers see patients on a scheduled or walk in basis.
