4 Wellness Way is a new 50,000 square foot, to be constructed, state-of-the-art Healthcare facility. The facility will be located adjacent to the new 262,000 square foot Community Care Physicians and Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc. Headquarters at 6 Wellness Way. The health care facility is being developed by Columbia Development, built by BBL Medical Facilities and designed by HCP Architects. It will take approximately 10 months to build and is anticipated to open Winter 2024.
