The Patroon Creek Corporate Center is one of the most successful commercial office mixed-use complexes in the region. Acquisition of approximately 8.2-acre parcel of land. Construction of approximately 161,000 square feet of commercial office space and other personal property, including occupant improvements, finish, equipment and machinery.

This 42,000, two-story building located in the Patroon Creek office park was constructed with steel reinforced concrete foundation systems, a structural steel frame and brick veneer. It is wired with fiber optic technology, and is approved for office, medical and technology office space.

This 3-story, 180,000 square foot office building was built specifically for CDPHP. The project included acquisition of approximately 8-acres of land, construction of the building, and the installation of necessary equipment. The project was advanced once CDPHP made the decision that the organization had outgrown its facilities located in the town of Colonie and desired the consolidation of its operation into a single location to eliminate the operational difficulties associated with multiple buildings.

500 Patroon Creek is now a landmark along I-90.

This project consisted of the acquisition of approximately 2-acres of land as well as the construction of a two-story, 35,000 square foot commercial office building, the installation of a variety of equipment, machinery and other related property. The site includes 465-car spaces for parking.
