Dominican College Residence Hall

The design of this 64,000 SF student housing complex incorporates both dormitory and apartment style living with amenities to serve 201 students. There are 24 four bedroom units and 52 two bedroom units. The building also includes common areas consisting of an exercise facility, office area, mail room, vending, laundry facilities, storage area, media center and conference/meeting room.
RPI Student Residence Hall

This 70,000 square foot, 200-bed student housing complex includes 43 four bed, two bath apartment style units, and 14 two-bed, one bath apartment style units. All units are fully furnished. The building also includes a space for laundry room and common use areas.

Mt. Ida Apartments

Set in the natural beauty and architectural antiquity of the city of Troy’s Mount Ida community sits the Mt. Ida Apartment complex. The structure is a 67,000 square foot 4-story, 40- apartment building that contains a mix of 36 two, three, and four bedroom units as well as four studio apartments. All apartments contain a full kitchen and an appliance package, and are furnished with bedding and desks and chairs. A 115-car parking space is adjoins the building.
