The project consisted of the acquisition of a 58,564 square foot building within the former St. James Square, the demolition and removal of existing fixtures and equipment, and the renovation and reconstruction of the existing building for the first ShopRite supermarket in upstate New York. This location also features four 240-volt charging stations for electric cars, paying homage to the local Electric City.
