Columbia Development and BBL Hospitality developed the Troy Hilton Garden Inn to meet a growing need for accommodations near the RPI Campus. The scope of the project included designing a full-service hotel that blended with the surrounding ambiance and charm of the historic City of Troy, and to accommodate the ever-growing business communities of both Troy and Albany.

 

The Hilton Garden Inn Troy, features the 7,000 square foot Ferris Grand Ballroom, the 110-seat Osborn Amphitheater, a 4,000 square foot Event Center as well as over 2,000 square feet of additional conference room space, and is conveniently located adjacent to several major New York State highways and Albany’s International Airport.
