The Mercycare Medical Center at St. Peter’s Hospital is a 4-story complex of condominiums, complete with medical services and professional offices. The complex includes hospital-owned medical service offices, an outpatient radiology clinic and a MRI unit. The complex is also home to many private physicians who lease or own their suites.

 

Early in the planning phase of the project, Columbia Development worked closely with the administration at St. Peter’s Hospital to effectively design a structure that would permit for financial and operational control by either subleasing or selling suites at their discretion.
