This 15-story, 470,000 square foot office building, located at the center of the historic City of Albany, serves as the Office of the New York State Comptroller and numerous New York State agencies. The architecture of the building is marked by extensive use of glass to maximize natural light. A 100,000 square foot, 6-level, pre-cast concrete 350-car parking garage, adjoins the building.

The project was developed through a partnership of Columbia Development, The Galesi Group and the State of New York.
