	The first commercial building in Park South
Description:	16 New Scotland, a 54,000SF, three-story mixed use building, is located in the City´s Park South Urban Renewal District. The first floor is occupied by CVS/pharmacy and SEFCU. Upper floor tenants include private medical offices and medical training facilities. The project greatly improved the streetscape with new sidewalks, plantings, hidden utility infrastructure and handicapped accessibility. The building was completed in July 2010.
