The four (4) unit Ambulatory Surgery Center is in full operation and the building is 100% occupied by both the Hospital and Private Physicians.
664 Stoneleigh Avenue’s tenant mix is optimal. This Hospital occupies 50% of the building (a 29 year lease) running programs such as Radiology, Hospital Administration, Outpatient Physical Therapy, Pain Management and an Outpatient Surgery Center which consists of four (4) operating rooms.
