Description:

St. Peter’s Hospital was in need of a new on-campus medical building. Columbia Development Companies developed their 100,000 square foot, four-story facility with multi–specialty physician suites and a hospital-owned outpatient radiology clinic and MRI unit.

With the desire for physicians to either lease or own their space and the hospital wanting to retain some space, Columbia Development Companies catered to the tenants´ individual need in order to make ownership arrangements that suited them. Structured as condominiums, the building ownership allows physicians both financial and operational control of their separate units, including the ability to sublease or sell their suites at their own discretion.
