Columbia Development Companies was able to achieve their modernization goals by relocating outpatient healthcare services from the hospital to a new 45,000 square foot, freestanding facility.

The Cushing Center houses physician suites, treatment rooms, and mammography and MRI centers. Adjacent to St. Claire´s Hospital, the facility is built on a slope and is joined to the hospital by a connector on the first floor.
