After functioning out of three separate locations for some time, MVP decided to develop a central headquarter facility. MVP Healthplan chose Columbia Development Companies to develop their new Corporate Headquarters using a design/build/lease approach. Columbia Development Companies spearheaded a cooperative effort among MVP Health Care, the Galesi Group, the Schenectady Metroplex Development Authority, state, county and city government leaders and public support groups to create a landmark facility.
The goal was a detailed, centralized business and facilities development plan. This provided MVP with the perfect solution for their logistic needs and future growth. It also kept MVP in the community which they started their business – Schenectady, New York.
