Set on a very aggressive schedule, this 180,000 square foot project was completed in only ten months. Located on the New York State Office Campus, the project necessitated the relocation of an Office of General Services maintenance garage onto a new off-site foundation.
This structure was 2,800 square feet and 25 feet tall. The finished building features a full service kitchen/cafeteria with enough seating to accommodate 250 people.
