Challenged by the site, Columbia Development Companies successfully developed this 25,000 square foot medical condominium to allow Benedictine Hospital to expand their outpatient services and attract admitting physicians to their campus. |

Columbia Development Companies was chosen to develop their two-story Medical Arts Building - which houses several physician practices – using a condominium lease structure.
The building´s ownership structure allows physicians full financial and operational control of their separate units, including the ability to sublease or sell their suites at their discretion. Additionally, a board comprised of physician owners manages the building.
