4 Airline Drive is a two-story masonry structure containing approximately 30,000± square feet in its entirety. This building was built in two phases. The original 13,000 square foot facility was constructed in 1960 with an addition of 17,000 square feet added in 1999.
The building is situated on 2.4± acres located in Airline Corporate Center, approximately 1/4 mile west of the Albany International Airport. This office park is surrounded by open lands including the Shaker North Family Farm (operating), the Shaker South Family’s homestead buildings (currently apartments), Christian Brothers Academy and the Ann Lee Pond.
