Albany, NY - 50 New Scotland Ave Groundbreaking
A new 70,000 square foot, 9 story building broke ground today. The building, known as 50 New Scotland Ave, will be located directly in front of a new parking garage at 40 New Scotland Ave, which is almost complete. Panera Bread will be located on the first floor of the building and will have a 1,000 square foot outdoor seating area. Albany Medical Center will occupy the majority of the building. Construction is scheduled to be complete in July 2011.
