As president and owner, Mr. Nicolla is responsible for
commercial and residential real estate development including
property acquisition; project conceptualization and
planning; financial and marketing analysis; sale or
lease negotiations; and project financing and administration.
Under his leadership, Columbia Development Companies
has established a strong reputation within both public
and private sectors by providing a full range of development
services and comprehensive "single source" responsibility.
Mr. Nicolla's development expertise includes office
buildings and multiple-building commercial office parks;
industrial facilities; shopping centers; single-family
and mixed use residential developments; and resort and
vacation home development. Mr. Nicolla has developed
more than $500 million of commercial retail and residential
space.

Richard A. Rosen - Vice President
As Vice President Mr. Rosen carries nineteen years of
experience in all phases of construction and development.
His responsibilities include site acquisition; governmental
and planning approvals; assistance with financing, leasing,
due diligence and coordination of construction. As the
liaison between tenants, project owners, architects
and the general contractor Mr. Rosen has assisted in
the development of more than 3 million square feet
of medical, professional, warehouse, educational, retail,
residential and assisted living space combined.

Marc Goldstein - Director of
Real Estate
As director of Real Estate to Columbia Development Companies, Marc Goldstein is also the owner and Principal Broker of Columbia Realty New York, LLC, a full service real estate brokerage company founded in 1997. Columbia Realty provides a full range of real estate services including landlord and tenant representation, sale and lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, property assemblages, site selection and analysis, asset management, market assessment, valuation services and general consultation. Our clients are provided commitment, innovation, experience and flexibility in a confident, professional manner.
Marc spent 15 years in the banking industry prior to
joining the commercial real estate brokerage firm Robert
Cohn Associates (now CBRE) in 1985. In 1997 he joined
Columbia Development to handle all aspects of real estate
relating to the various development projects undertaken.
In this capacity he is responsible for acquisitions
of raw land and redevelopment properties, leasing of
retail buildings, shopping centers, pad sites, industrial
and office buildings and the sale of developed properties
and investment opportunities. Marc has been active in
business and community affairs, serving as a director
on several boards for real estate, community and charitable
organizations.
